My Logo.

How and Why

I made my logo with an Adobe Creative Cloud software application called Photoshop. The text was generated from a font called FirstShine that I downloaded from dafont.com. I browsed through multiple pages of font types until the letters you see to the left caught my attention. The distinct parts of the letters taper into an open ended character that resembles my handwriting. It also represents my personality and how I'm open to new ideas and opportunities.

Keeping an open mindset while choosing a logo was hard because I knew that it would set the tone for the whole website. In the design process I found that many fonts are similar and have little variation. I wanted it to be something appealing that also aligned with my personal taste. If you haven't noticed, the letters in the logo are my initials that follow along with my website name.
